There are two steps with a double handrail leading to decking which gives access to two doors each 64.5 cms. (25 ¼”) wide leading into the living area.

The main living area has a wood laminate floor and a carpet. The bathroom and hall are fitted with vinyl flooring . The bedroom has a fitted carpet. There are no changes in level inside the Chalet. The are no hearing loops.

The shower has a 28cm ( 11”) step over. The toilet is a standard toilet there are no handrails.

The bedroom has a door which can be used as an emergency exit 64.5 cm wide with two steps down to ground level. There are no handrails on these steps.

The grassed area with trees and the BBQ area is accessed by descending from the

decking area down two steps either side.

There is a small step up to the covered BBQ area and outside undercover table with fixed seating.
